Our service is free to buyers so long as we make the initial contact with the listing broker on your behalf. Not having a local broker on your side to represent your interests can be costly. Our service can save you money, time and headaches:

1. We will be your representative for all negotiations. At your direction, we will negotiate the price of the boat. We have access to international market selling-price data and we can help you get the best possible deal.

2. Your deposit stays in trust with us, in Canada. Your deposit is held in escrow locally until the all conditions of sale are met. If the yacht does not meet with your approval, you are not obligated to purchase the boat and we can refund your deposit immediately.

3. We will help arrange the details: Surveys, Title searches, Packing, Loading, Transport or Delivery Skippers. We take great care to ensure that you get the best value throughout the purchase process.

4. We will handle the documentation: Purchase Agreements; Closing Documents, Customs Brokers and so on. We can also assist with insurance and licensing or registration.
