  • CONSTRUCTION

    Off-white fiberglass hull and deck; dark red boottop; copper bottom paint; fin keel with additional ballast in an optional  bulb; spade rudder; Whitlock wheel steering with pedestal; Optional wood-lined wheel; bow and stern pulpits with double lifelines; Tan Dodger, Bimini and connector (recent); self-bailing cockpit; 1 patent deck-hatch; 5 opening ports.

  • ACCOMMODATIONS

    The yacht sleeps 4-6, with 6’1” headroom.

    Vee berth forward;  ‘U’ shaped seating area in the main cabin with a removable bolster to access the vee-berth; navigation station to port, with the enclosed head aft to port. The galley is to starboard with an access door to the quarter-berth ‘stateroom’ aft with hanging locker.

    The Galley has a Hillerange 2 burner LPG stove, sink and icebox; the Head has a Jabsco marine toilet, sink and vanity. The yacht has a holding tank. There is a telephone type shower but no hot water system; pressure water connected to a 40 gallon tank.

    1984 Yanmar 2GMF, 13 HP; Gori geared, folding propeller; 20 gallon aluminum fuel tank; hour meter showing 1,541 hours to the time of listing.

  • ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

    ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: The yacht has both 12 and 110 volt systems;  The 12 Volt system is supplied by an alternator on the engine through a selector switch to an engine starting, lead-acid battery and to two 4D AGM house system batteries. The 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power. There is a new master switch and breaker for the 110 volt system; battery charger.

    :  Compass on the wheel pedestal; 7” Raymarine ‘Axiom’ plotter at the helm (2024); Raymarine wireless wind instruments (2025); Raymarine ST 4000 autopilot (2025); Icom VHF; Standard Horizon depth sounder; Sony stereo; fume detector.

    Isomat aluminum mast and boom; stainless steel standing rigging; Harken roller furling; Genoa and Spinnaker gear; spinnaker pole;  Lewmar #40 two-speed self-tailing primary winches.

    4 in total: Mainsail, #2  Genoa w/ a UV cover that matches the Dodger & Bimini; #3; spinnaker. The owner reports that the sails are more than serviceable condition.
