  • CONSTRUCTION

    Off-white (solid) fiberglass hull, deck and deckhouse; the deck is coated with Kiwi Grip or equivalent; Boottop painted gold colour; Black bottom paint; single lifelines; bow & stern pulpits; tiller steering; Aries wind vane steering gear; 6 bronze opening ports 2 Dorade vents; 1 hatch; Dodger; Bimini top & connector.

  • ACCOMMODATIONS

    The yacht sleeps 4 and has 6’3” headroom

    Vee berths forward with enclosed head to port; sink & hanging locker to starboard; settee berths port and starboard; drop-down bulkhead mounted table;  galley aft to starboard with a stainless steel sink; 3 burner LPG stove; LPG solenoid and fume detector;  ice box to port with chart-table on top.

    The head has a Jabsco manual marine toilet, an SS holding tank which is not connected; sink, shower and hot and cold pressure water. Hot water is produced by a compact Wolter LPG demand heater.

    The interior has recent blue fabric upholstery; an oak cabin sole; fiberglass headliner; white furnishings with varnished trim.

     

  • ENGINE

    1973 Perkins 4-108,  40 HP marine diesel inboard engine;  hour meter showing 2,217 hours, to the time of listing; Aluminum fuel tank.

  • ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

    12 volt system with 2 -6 V  house system batteries; 1 – 12 V engine starting battery (condition of batteries unknown); alternator;  there are cabin and navigation lights.

  • ELECTRONICS

    5” Ritchie Compass; Uniden  VHF w/ remote; #1500 JRC Radar w/ scanner on the mast; hand-held Garmin GPS; Co2 sensor.

  • RIGGING

    Aluminum mast, boom & spinnaker pole; SS standing rigging; main sheet traveller; Furlex Roller Furling Gear. Winches- 6 total: 2 -  self-taling primary winches; 2 - secondary winches;  2- halyard winches on the mast
