CONSTRUCTION: Off-White fiberglass hull; off-white non-skid deck, dark red boottop and cove stripe; black bottom paint; bow and stern pulpits with 2 gates and double lifelines; 2 hatches; 4 opening ports; 4  Dorade vents with teak boxes; dark red Dodger, Bimini, Connector and matching sail cover; Edson wheel steering; emergency tiller; cockpit table.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The yacht sleeps 5 and has 6’3” headroom. Vee berths forward with enclosed head aft to port; Jabsco marine toilet, holding tank (& ‘Y’ valve) and sink; bureau with liquor locker behind and hanging locker opposite to starboard; the main cabin has an ‘U’ shaped settee to port that converts to a large double berth; drop-leaf table with storage within; settee to starboard with cabinets outboard; galley aft to starboard featuring a sink, 3 burner Hillerange LPG stove with oven and remote solenoid shut-off and fume detector, ice box with Dometic 12 V refrigeration and much counter and locker space; the navigation station is aft to port.

The interior has teak veneer bulkheads, solid teak trim and teak holly-cabin sole; recent pale blue fabric upholstery; fiberglass headliner and draperies. The yacht is equipped with fresh water tankage of about 64 US gallons. Both sinks are serviced by foot pumps from the fresh water tank.

ENGINE: 2000 Yanmar 2GM 20 - 2 cylinder inboard diesel, 20 hp; Approx. 30 US gallon fuel tank; shaft and stuffing box (with greaseless packing) all replaced in 2000.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: The yacht has both 12 and 110 volt systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by an alternator on the engine through a selector switch to 2  lead/acid batteries; circuit breaker panel; selector switch; the 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection to receptacles below; 50’ – 30amp shore cord; the yacht is fully equipped with cabin, navigation, spreader and mast-head lights; automatic battery charger.

SAILS: Mainsail with jiffy reefing; mainsail cover; #2 roller furling genoa.

RIGGING: Aluminum mast & boom; stainless steel standing rigging; mast stepped on the keel; Cruising Designs roller furling gear; 4 Lewmar winches: #42 Self-Tailing primary winches; #16 main sheet winch on the coachroof; halyard winch on the mast; winch handles; flag halyard; internal halyards; topping lift; main sheet traveler; boom gallows; 2 snatch blocks.

ELECTRONICS: recent Standard Horizon VHF w/ Ram Mic in the cockpit; Ritchie compass mounted on the wheel pedestal; Furuno model #1622 Radar; Garmin  GPS/plotter; Autohelm speedometer and depth sounder; recent AM/FM/ CD stereo.

GENERAL: Danforth and Bruce anchors with chain leader & rode; anchor locker;  manual bilge pump; dock-lines and fenders; boat hook; fire extinguisher; life ring; stainless steel swim ladder; screens; winter cover aluminum frame; winter cover & frame; clock &barometer; kerosene lamp;  cover; engine and equipment manuals.
