CONSTRUCTION: Solid white fibreglass hull with dark blue boottop and black bottom paint; teak over fibreglass decks; Fibreglass deckhouse; Fly-bridge with bench seating, helm & engine controls and Bimini top;  stainless steel bow rail; bow pulpit around the anchor-handling platform (with anchor roller) ; teak capped Rails aft; boarding gates;  chain/sprocket & cable steering; 6’ X 10’ cockpit; the fly-bridge coachroof has been extended 6’ over the cockpit; cockpit shower. .

ACCOMMODATIONS: The yacht sleeps 4-5 and has 6’3” headroom. There is a roomy VEE berth forward; enclosed head aft to starboard and a large hanging locker to port. The head has a marine toilet with holding tank and mascerator; shower and vanity with stainless steel sink. The main cabin is three steps up and has a fore and aft galley to port with a settee aft to port; helm station forward to starboard and an ‘L’ shaped settee with Hi-Lo table that drops to make a double berth aft to starboard.

The galley has a Norcold 12/110 volt refrigerator with freezer section (2011); stainless steel lined ice-box under the settee; 4 burner LPG stove with oven (oven not working); stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water and lots of counter and locker space. There is a 120 gallon fresh water tank. There is an LPG & 12 volt combination freezer on the fly-bridge.

The teak parquet main cabin sole is the same elevation as the cockpit. The interior has blue and beige striped fabric upholstery forward; and brown earth-tone fabric upholstery aft. The helm station has comfortable seating and chart storage. There is a vinyl headliner. The interior is finished to a high standard in teak. There is a diesel hot air furnace and swing-down TV .

ENGINES: Twin 1984 Lehman Ford ‘Super 90’, 90 HP,  4 cylinder inboard FWC diesel engines with heat exchangers; 2 X 100 US gallon steel fuel tanks (removed and re-built in 2017); hour meters showing about 3,300 hours to the time of listing; bilge blower; twin, switchable, primary fuel filters for each engine; spare filters and belts; engine manuals. The vessel has a cruising speed of about 7 to 8 kts. And a top speed of 10.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: The yacht has both 12 volt DC and 110 volt AC systems: The 12 volt system is supplied by alternators on the main engines, through selector switches to 2 lead-acid batteries (2018); Dry-Pack back-up battery system connected to solar panels;  inverter; fuse and circuit breaker panels; Xantrax 20 amp automatic battery charger. The 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection. There is a 30 amp shore-cord and polarity indicator.

ELECTRONICS: Raymarine (2019): Autopilot; 2 X GPS plotters; Radar. Also: 2 X: VHF radios, 2 X Ritchie compasses; there is a loud hailer and AM/FM/CD stereo at the lower helm.

GENERAL: CQR main anchor; electric anchor windless; Danforth spare anchor; windshield wipers; dock-lines; 8 fenders; boat hook; 4 fire extinguishers; 2 life rings; horn; swim ladder; swim platform; deck chairs; screens; clock; barometer; dishes & cutlery; steel cradle; wash-down pump.

BROKER’S COMMENT: This is a very pretty small trawler with all of the amenities. She has a roomy cockpit at the same level as the main cabin sole for ease of access. Twin Lehman-Ford twin engines are a rarity in this size of boat.
