CONSTRUCTION: Steel hull, painted black; white boottop; beige steel decks and white steel deckhouses. The bottom and first chine are ¼” plate; the topsides are 3/16” plate; the pilothouse is 1/8” plate. Lunenburg Foundry sand-blasted, inspected and epoxy coated the bottom in 2016. The yacht has a long fin keel and skeg rudder. The rudder bearings were replaced in 2021. The pilothouse has 6 Marinelite custom windows (2021-2023); an aluminum door; stainless steel (SS) opening port aft; and a hatch; there are 5 other opening ports and another hatch; 34” SS rails – lifelines make this a very secure boat on deck; quarter seats aft; anchor locker forward with water-proof hatch; Sunbrella cover over the cockpit with SS frame; SS radar arch incorporating dinghy davits with manual winch; mahogany cockpit table; SS fender holder; Capilano hydraulic steering with emergency tiller; swim platform with swim ladder and transom steps.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The yacht sleeps 5 in 3 staterooms; and she has 6’4” headroom.

The yacht has a large covered cockpit that is sheltered by the recessed aft bulkhead of the pilothouse. One walks straight into the pilothouse through an aluminum door. The pilothouse sole is one step down. There is a moulded helm seat at the helm station. The main cabin is three steps down and there are double-berth staterooms port and starboard with privacy doors, sinks, vanities, hanging lockers and 2 opening ports. The fore and aft galley is to port with a ‘U’ shaped dinette opposite to starboard. There is a single-berth stateroom forward with an enclosed head aft to starboard and hanging lockers opposite to port.

The Galley has a Dickinson diesel range; Technautics refrigeration; SS sink with hot and cold pressure water; Isotemp hot water heater; and lots of counter and locker space. The head has a Wilcox Crittenden marine toilet and sink with vanity and shower. The yacht has both a Webasto DBW 2020 hot-water furnace (2022); and radiators that run off the engine.

The interior is finished in the Herreshoff style with off-white painted bulkheads and varnished mahogany trim. The berths have rust colored fabric upholstery. There is emerald green carpeting; and beige vinyl upholstery on the settee.

The yacht is estimated to have a 40 gallon fresh-water capacity. There is a dock-side fresh water shore connection.

ENGINE: 2016 Westerbeke 65 marine diesel engine; hour meter showing 1126 hours to the time of listing; 2016 drive-shaft, stuffing box and propeller; Velvet Drive transmission; msc. spare engine parts. There is approximately a 425 ltr. fuel capacity in integral tanks that were cleaned in 2022.

ELECTRONICS: Raymarine: E120 GPS plotter and display; Ray 430 Loud Hailer; Ray 218 VHF; Ray 101 hand-held VHF; RayMic hand-held microphone/speaker; ST60+ Wind speed and direction; OSM 300 depth sounder module; ACU Autopilot (hydraulic drive); Trane & Trane SP3510 Hand-held VHF; Hizpo multimedia player; Delphi Sirus XM Satellite Radio; AIS.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: The yacht has both 12 and 110 volt systems. The 12 Volt system is supplied by a heavy-duty alternator on the main engine though selector switches to a circuit breaker panel. There is an automatic battery charger. The yacht was re-wired and the circuit breaker panel replaced around 2015. There are 2 - 8D type deep-discharge batteries for the house system (2023); separate engine starting battery (2023). The 110 Volt system is supplied by shore-power connection. There is a 50’ - 30 amp shore cord.

RIGGING: Aluminum mast and boom; 2010 ProFurl roller furling gear; 2 - Barient #35 two-speed, self-tailing (ST) primary winches; 1 - Harken #35 two-speed ST halyard winch in the pilothouse; 2  ST winches on the pilot-house.

GENERAL: 8 jack stands; Switlik 4 man canister life raft with hydrostatic release (2022); clock & barometer; dishes; engine & equipment manuals; dock lines & fenders; Danforth anchor and rode.
