Broker’s Comment: This is a lightly used 2 - owner yacht that spent half of her life in fresh water. I acted for the owners when they purchased her in Toronto. She has been carefully maintained, lightly cruised and never raced. The current owners have had some very good maintenace work done on areas that may be problematic on these boats: the ventilator box forward of the mast, companionway spray-dodger and opening ports plus an excellent windless installation; never mind the 10 year old low-hour engine. The CS 36 Traditional is an off-shore capable boat that is considered a bargain for a voyager on a budget.
