CONSTRUCTION: Solid fiberglass hull with a Flag Blue polyurethane finish; white boottop; gold cove stripe and red bottom paint; The bottom was coated with Interprotect 3000; fin keel: ballast: 5,000# (lead); spade rudder; pedestal wheel steering with guard; emergency tiller; roomy self-bailing cockpit with teak grate; bow and stern pulpits; double lifelines; 2 gates; quarter 'perch' seats fitted to the aft pulpit; 2 hatches; 8 opening ports; Sportech Dodger, Bimini and connector (2013).

ACCOMMODATIONS:The yacht sleeps 7 and has 6'3" headroom.

Vee berth forward with a bureau and drawers to port, hanging locker to starboard; the main cabin has a settee to port with lockers outboard and a 'U' shaped settee to starboard with a custom oak table (the original table is included. It allows the settee to become a double berth); The navigation station is to port with the roomy enclosed head aft to port and the galley opposite to starboard. There is a quarter- berth stateroom aft to starboard with a very roomy double berth. .

The galley has a 3 burner Hillerange LPG stove with oven; large icebox with 12 volt refrigeration; double stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressure water; lots of counter and locker space..

The head has a marine toilet with mascerator pump; 'Y' valve and holding tank; shower and seat; vanity with sink. .

The interior of the boat is finished in teak veneer with solid teak trim and cabinet facings; teak and holly sole (2012), fiberglass headliner; burgundy fabric upholstery; the upholstery in the aft cabin is recent.

The yacht has 3 water tanks; a Seaward hot water heater (2012).

ENGINE 1989 Universal 25XP, 3 cylinder, fresh water cooling (heat exchanger); steel 25 US gallon fuel tank, removed, cleaned and a new gauge installed (2012); Stainless Steel shaft (2016); Dripless Shaft Seal; 3 blade fixed cruising propeller; 'Sound Down' engine box insulation. ELECTRICAL The yacht has both 12 volt AC and 110 Volt DC systems: the 12 volt system is supplied by an alternator on the engine through a selector switch to 3 lead-acid batteries; thence to a circuit break panel for distribution to lights and accessories; the 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection; there is a 50' - 30 amp shore cord; Shipwright automatic battery charger; Galaxy 1200 watt (continuous) converter; cabin navigation and deck lights..

RIGGING:: Aluminum mast and boom; stainless steel standing rigging; Pro Furl roller furling gear (2013); halyards (2013) lead aft to cockpit; Lewmar self-tailing winches: #46ST primaries and #30ST halyard winches on the cabin top; cabin-top mounted main sheet traveller; lazy jacks. SAIL INVENTORY:Mainsail (2013); 135% Genoa (2008 approx.); 150% Genoa; Asymmetrical Spinnaker with 'tacker'; original Mainsail.

ELECTRONICS: at the Navigation Station - Standard Horizon GPS Plotter #CP300; Garmin #128 GPS; Piranha #220 Fish Finder; Raytheon #R10 Radar; Link 500: depth, speed and log; Icom VHF with cockpit remote; West Marine stereo with 4 speakers (2 in the cockpit). In The Cockpit - Raymarine #E7D chart plotter with depth sounder; Raymarine #ST60 wind instruments; Raymarine #4000+ autopilot; hand-held VHF;

GENERAL: Bruce anchor and rode; spare Danforth anchor & rode; anchor locker forward with sea-water wash-down pump; 4 large fenders with covers; dock lines; Magma Barbeque; solar vent; original dodger; cockpit cushions.

BROKER'S COMMENT: This is a well cared-for and upgraded example of a popular cruising model. This boat underwent a major re-fit in 2012-2013 and has been sailed seasonally in fresh water ever since. She has an abundance of electronics and all the desired accessories.
