DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION:
White fibreglass hull with blue boottop and cove stripe; blue bottom paint. The bottom was barrier coated in 2003. The 11'8" beam is carried well aft and it offers both good form stability and a generous interior. Perry is a known for designing functional, good-looking cruising boats. She has a solid glass hull and a cored deck; Lead fin keel; Spade rudder; BIMINI TOP with full enclosure, DODGER and weather cloths; Whitlock wheel steering; emergency tiller; double lifelines with bow and stern pulpits; 3 opening ports; two hatches 2 water-trap ventilators.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:
From the bow: large V-berth cabin w/ storage shelves outboard; enclosed head to port with a Jabsco marine toilet connected to a 24 gallon holding tank via a "Y" valve; mascerator; sink with pressure water and vanity and shower; hanging locker opposite to starboard.
Main salon features straight settee to starboard and U-shaped dinette to port with drop down table to form double berth. Substantial enclosed storage outboard port and starboard. Aft to starboard is forward facing chart table with storage. Navigator sits on end of the quarter berth with a drop-in back rest.
The U-shaped galley is to port and it features a 2 burner Hillerange stainless steel propane stove with oven; Novacool 12v Refrigeration (2016), twin stainless steel sinks with pressure water; plenty of counter space and dry storage. 40 gallon water tank capacity in two tanks port and starboard under the settees; Engine & dodk-side hot water; clock and barometer; Teak and Holly Sole; solid teak trim; earth-tone fabric upholstery; draperies and fibreglass headliner.
Yanmar 3GM, 20hp Diesel Inboard; heat exchanger, Gori folding prop; 20 Gallon Fuel Tank; Alternator; tachometer; cutlass bearing replaced in 2016.
The yacht has both a 12 volt DC and a 110 volt AC system. The former is supplied by an alternator on the engine through a selector switch to 2 X 6 Volt batteries for the house system (2016) and a 12 volt battery for engine starting; there is a battery isolator; circuit breaker panel and lights and accessories; the 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection. A 50", 30 amp cord is included; Xantrax Smart-Charge automatic battery charger; 3 interior receptacles.

Ray Jefferson VHF; Raytheon RADAR; VDO speedometer & wind instruments; Raymarine depth sounder (2016); magnetic compass on wheel pedestal; Raymarine Autopilot (2016); AM/FM/CD stereo; flat screen TV.
SAILS & RIGGING
Mainsail (Sobstad) with blue sail cover; #1 (Doyle Boston), #2 (Sobstad), & #3 (high-cut) genoas all fitted to the roller furling gear; Storer Drifter with snuffer. The yacht has an aluminum mast and boom; stainless steel standing rigging; Winches are by Lewmar: 2 X #43 self-tailing, two-speed primary sheet winches; 2 X #30 secondary sheet winches and a #8 halyard winch on the cabin-top; Lewmar main-sheet traveller on the bridge-deck; Furlex roller furling gear.

Broker"s comment: This is a very roomy and popular mid-sized cruiser that has been well maintained and upgraded. Mirage yachts have worn well and we have never had one fail survey due to glass-work.
