CONSTRUCTION: White fibreglass hull with green boottop and black bottom paint; white deck house; teak over-lay in the cockpit; polished stainless steel ports and hatches; hydraulic wheel steering; Bimini top with removable Eisinglass panels (2010); teak tow rails and 'eye-brows' refinished in 2016); aluminum radar mast.
ACCOMMODATIONS: The Master stateroom is forward w/ v-berth, hanging locker, drawers and shelves, a 32" flat screen TV and custom fitted Egyptian cotton sheets, fitted blankets & comforter (2016). The large head is aft to port. It has a VacuFlush toilet, sink, and handheld shower. Continuing aft there is a U-shaped Galley to port and Dinette to stbd. The helm station is 3 steps up. The bridge deck has a comfortable Pompanette Helm chair to starboard. A Pompanette navigator's chair is to port with teak chart viewing cabinet. Both Pompanette chairs reupholstered in 2016. There is diesel furnace heat circulating throughout the helm area, U Line Icemaker; teak sole and stereo speakers. The spacious teak-soled cockpit is aft & down (2) steps.. There is an aft facing settee to port. Molded in steps in each forward corner of the cockpit lead to the wide non-skid decks and foredeck.
The interior is finished to the high standard typical of this builder: teak & holly cabin sole; matt finished teak bulkheads and furnishings; louvered cabinet doors; Hunter green ultra-suede upholstery; fibreglass headliner.
The Galley has a Princess 3 burner LPG cook-top (2006); Sharp convection/microwave oven; Sub-Zero refrigerator with ice-maker; Grunert 110 volt freezer; double stainless steel sinks; Grohe faucets; Corian counter tops; lots of counter and locker space; dishes and cutlery. The Head has a Vacuflush marine toilet connected to a holding tank; Corian counter top on the vanity, sink & shower. There is a Tankwatch III holding tank monitor; Whale 'Gulper' shower drain pump; odour-free sanitation hose. The yacht has Marine Air reverse-cycle heat and air-conditioning plus a Webasto Hydronic (hot water) furnace/heating-system.
